High-protein berry smoothie

This smoothie is naturally packed with protein without the need for artificial powders and it leaves me feeling full and satisfied. Hemp seeds, flaxseeds, and almond butter provide a rich source of protein, while aloe vera and frozen berries add a boost of vitamin C and antioxidants. A touch of cacao powder and honey balance the flavors perfectly. I enjoy drinking this smoothie before or after a workout for a nourishing energy boost!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsps hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds

  • 2 cups of water

  • 1 banana

  • 2 tbsps almond butter

  • 3 cups of frozen berries

  • 1/3 cup of frozen aloe vera

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1-2 tbsp of honey (sweeten to your taste)

Directions

  1. Combine the water, hemp seeds, and flaxseeds in the blender and blend until it has a milky texture

  2. Add the almond butter, banana, frozen berries, frozen aloe vera, cacao powder, and honey to the mixture and blend
